I am a bioinformatician/Computational biologist from Bioinformatics Core Research Facility (BCRF), at University of Nebraska-Lincoln. My interests and focuses include bioinformatics and computational biology, statistics and biostatistics, high-dimensional data analysis and classical machine learning.
I live in Omaha, NE with my fiance Austin and our two-year old Shiba Inu. Tati loves to chew, dig, sniff, and sulk loudly under the couch when we are not playing with her. Tati has some separation issues, but she likes to cuddle with us when we watch TV, or perch on the back of the couch like a cat. She is loyal and thinks it’s her responsibility to scare off anyone approaching 1-mile radius of our house. She is the best pup a human can wish for, even if she sheds like crazy in the summer.
