I am a bioinformatician/Computational biologist at Bioinformatics Core Research Facility (BCRF), University of Nebraska-Lincoln.

I specialize in bioinformatics and computational biology, statistics and biostatistics, and classical machine learning. My research portfolio include Mass Spectrometry-generated Omics data analysis, bulk and single-cell RNA-Seq transcriptomics data analysis, amplicon sequencing (16S) and shotgun metagenomics data analysis. My interest lies in developing bioinformatic tools, scripts and pipeline to steamline high-dimensional data analysis and statistics from high-throughput Omics experiments.
